Had a wax at KP Beauty and I couldn’t be happier! The salon was easy to find and had a lovely, clean and welcoming environment. The therapist was professional, talked me through the process, and regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout. It made the whole experience feel relaxed and reassuring. I’ll definitely be returning for another wax before my holiday in July – highly recommend!

The lady I had today at 4.45pm for electrolytes was brilliant as always . She is always very welcoming and makes me feel at ease . Thank you for a brilliant service.

The lady I had today at 4.30pm was lovely . She is always very friendly, helpful and helps to put me at ease . I also like the way she plays soothing music during the treatment, making you more relaxed and also trying to distract you on what is actually happening. She is an asset to your company.

Kajal is very skilled and professional and her treatment room is a very relaxing environment. She takes great care in all treatments - I had eyebrows and nails today - she always goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I have been to various salons in St Albans over the years and nothing compares to Kajal’s service.

So happy I have found someone who can thread local to me (I was going into Dunstable/luton) pretty much every 2 weeks! The beauty room is clean and relaxing. I’ve only had threading and waxing but I will when I have time try some other treatments. I’ve told all the mums at school about KP Beauty and Brow. Thanks
