Loveleen has been providing me waxing service for more than a year. She is caring and kind, she understands her client's needs and make sure that they get the best service possible. I had micro-needling with Mel, this was something I’d been excited about for a long time. Mel explained the procedure, steamed and cleansed my skin, took a moisture reading and then commenced micro-needling. I won’t say it’s pleasant a bit like the pain from waxing so totally manageable. Once completed Mel applied and collagen mask, used red & blue light therapy gave and gave me a head and neck massage (def my favourite part). Finished with guidance on how to care for my skin after the treatment and a moisture test again. 2 days on, my pores are definitely smaller and ill be back for more

Chanel was GREAT!!! She was welcoming, approachable and made the atmosphere very comfortable during the service. Loveleen is always so professional, efficient and friendly. I moved salon to keep her as my regular beautician because she’s so reliable and makes me feel so comfortable in the setting. She always does a great job and makes you feel like she knows you well, and knows what you want :)
