Reena is absolutely amazing! I had a facial and waxing session with her, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She’s incredibly professional, gentle, and attentive to detail. My skin felt refreshed and radiant after the facial, and the waxing was done with such care and precision. Reena made me feel comfortable throughout and clearly takes pride in her work. This was my first time at this spa and to say it was one of the best experiences is an understatement. Ronika was very welcoming, having a chatful session. The experience felt heavenly that I almost fell asleep regardless of it being a waxing session. The spa was spotless and product use was very professional. I'll surely be making another appointment at the spa.
