I have been going to Zaya to get me nails done for almost ten years. This by far is the nicest salon I’ve been to yet where she’s worked. The owner is so kind and all the staff are lovely. The location is easy to get to from Aurora and is always kept very clean. I cannot say enough about Zaya herself. She takes her time, is always on time and is just the sweetest lady. Always the best pedicures and gel manicures here !!! Thank you !!! ❤️

Mellow is a gem in downtown Aurora. If you have not experienced their amazing services book now. Dina is the best esthetician I have had in 20+ years

Amazing job on my lash lift and tint as well as eyebrow wax! She was careful but efficient it was only a little under an hour for the whole process which is great. She took her time to really make sure no tint was left over or got in my eyes. I love them!

Pedicure, manicure, and hot wax treatment today....quality, cleanliness, and service exceptional! This was my third treatment with this spa and it is now my "go-to" choice.

My daughter just started waxing. From the beginning she has felt completely comfortable and relaxed with Franka. Franka has taken her time to make my daughter feel comfortable and incharge while getting waxed. Thank you!

My daughter is 11 and decided that she wanted to get her armpits waxed. Of course I took her to my salon that is outstanding in all services that are offered. She had the best experience, especially after convincing herself that it would be awful. She is determined to go back when she needs more waxing done.

I can’t say enough about The Waxing Strip (Lora & Anna). These two ladies are professional, gentle and thorough. I had terrible waxing experiences in the past and was a bit reluctant to try it again. However, after my FIRST appointment with Lora, my view on waxing definitely changed. She made me feel comfortable and I wasn’t in pain afterwards. I would recommend The Waxing Strip to new waxers, regular waxers and to those that might be nervous after a crummy wax.

Vanessa is the kindest most beautiful soul and incredibly good at what she does! She’s gentle when waxing and the results are the best I’ve ever had. Smooth, no bumps or rash from over waxing. Highly recommend!!!

The spa is beautiful and clean. The waxing was very quick, and Pantena is an amazing woman and made me very comfortable. The spray tan unfortunately did not develop, it was spotty and inconsistent and patchy.. after I received the waxing treatment. But I will be back for laser or any waxing treatments in the future.

I had my appointment with Panteha and she is excellent. She started telling me about products I might want to try as they would make my wax visit easier and less painful.Sometimes it can be tricky to tell if someone genuinely believes it will be helpful or if they’re just trying to sell some products. I took a chance on the bush balm oil and she was right. I used the product as she described and I’ve experienced significantly less discomfort during the wax appointment and have had much less irritated and red skin the few days following the appointment. What a difference!!!! Thank you!!!

I was a rookie at waxing “down there.” Franca was the absolute best! Answered any questions I had and made me laugh the whole time to forget about any pain or discomfort… to be honest it didn’t hurt as much as I thought and I’m sure it’s because Franca sure knows what she’s doing!!
