Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

I had a positive experience overall. The aesthetician was very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I booked the hour FLO Signature Facial, and my skin felt hydrated afterward, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. That said, my appointment started at 4:45 and ended around 5:20, so it felt noticeably shorter than the full hour advertised. While the treatment itself was enjoyable, I did feel like I didn’t quite get my money’s worth due to the shortened time.

As always, had a wonderful experience at Flo. Becca helped to recommend a beautiful colour and they always remove the shellac from their prior manicure 💅. Everyone in the shop is welcoming and considerate. Highly recommend.

I am a new client and after a number of treatments, I can honestly say how pleased I am to have found an esthetician that I trust unconditionally. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and professional, not to mention kind and understanding. In addition to maintaining the health of my skin, Jake has adeptly treated skin discolouration resulting from abrasions due to a cycling accident. The salon is welcoming, immaculate and serene. Well worth the drive from Toronto to Hamilton! Jake is truly my new BFF.

Twinkle’s facial was extremely relaxing and soothing. The experience was wonderful and my skin looked great afterward. Highly recommend!

Twinkle is so sweet! She comforted my daughter while she had her first threading experience and was extremely kind and attentive to my daughter every step of the process! My daughter’s eyebrows look amazing!! She did my eyebrows as well and I’ve had threading done many times before. Twinkle is so soft and delicate, easily the best threading I’ve ever had done! very nice! I enjoyed the positive chatty atmosphere and Lydia was super skilled and took very good care of my feet and hands. I'd come back for sure. I wish the chairs were more comfortable - but I understand that they are supposed to have a sort of patio outdoor vibe. and that there was some cool art to look at - but i'm an artist so I look forward to that while out in the world- not really something I see in salons tho. I watched Lydia care for many of the customers and give them individual attention and care. She seemed to know or remember everyone that entered. Thats really special.

Hanna was lovely, did a wonderful job and helped me out of a parking problem...real customer service. Would highly recommend her and the salon.

Had a nice time with Hannah she was wonderful As for the salon...... Nail polish could be displayed better ( crouching down to see all the colours and switching sides to find a colour) also didn't like the chairs for getting toe nails done. Thought it would be massage chairs not Muskoka chairs ( not comfy at all) Was a clean place though.

It was my first time at the salon and I was very impressed with how my nails turned out. Alinsa was extremely friendly and the salon as a whole had a small town friendly feel. I’ll definitely go back.
