My first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. Betty took the time to show me around and explain where everything is, and what other therapies are available. Betty is a one man band and she does it all! She was thorough, precise and careful. I travelled from Palmy and was able to book in very easily using the fresha booking tool. Even though this my first visit and I had travelled from Palmy, Betty still talked to me about rebooking and she didnt write me off as a one off customer, which I really appreciated. I will be back. Amazing as always. My twen daughter got her 3rd done today, she loved that Kimmi noticed her other ear rings were gold and offered gold studs. Everywhere else has only ever offered silver. My daughter has loved the last two times shes got them done with Kimmi, no pain during or after. Thanks again team, she will be back to get something else done soon enough 🤣

Betty is so comforting nd is good to distract with a decent conversation to take your mind off the painful bits of waxing however 110% well worth the price as she refuses for you to leave the room if there’s still a hair insight. best of all when she hits that nerve or in your opinion that hardest part of the treatment she’s very patient nd continues when you’re ready. overall if Betty wasn’t my first beautician to do a waxing service then i’d be traumatised if it wasn’t her looking after me. Trust the 5star rating guys !! ☺️🫶🏾
