Due to clashing diaries I travelled to St Albans for my brow top up appt with Kelly as we couldn’t work out an appt for Knottingley where I would usually go, however there’s no distance I wouldn’t travel as she is just amazing! Just got back from my top after having combo brows, could not be happier with the results! Kelly was so helpful and friendly and made the whole experience so relaxed and straight forward! highly recommend !!

Kelly was absolutely amazing! I’d wanted to get my eyebrows done for a long time but was terrified they’d end up too dark or the wrong shape. As someone who was a bit clueless about the process, I really appreciated how patient and lovely Kelly was. She explained everything with such a calm, professional manner that I felt at ease. kelly is genuinely the most loveliest & patient lady i’ve ever met, she did my brows perfect despite me being so difficult in how i wanted them. she discussed with me what would & wouldn’t suit my face and comprised well with me on the shape, altering what i prefer and what she agrees would look good. thank you so much kelly, the brows have been life changing & i appreciate you lots :))
