Gorgeous, friendly, wonderful staff. Talked my daughter through her much awaited first piercing, she has been asking since she was 3 years old to have her ears pierced and I managed to get her to compromise for her 6th birthday 🤣 I had my helix done at the same time, my first ever visit here and I won’t ever go anywhere else again what a lovely wholesome place 🥰

I had a wonderful microneedling facial experience. Rebecca was highly professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment. She explained each step clearly and answered all of my questions, which really helped put me at ease. The treatment was carried out with great care and attention, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Absolutely love my new hair which was jet black box dye when we started and a gorgeous shiny dimensional ash/chocolate brown mix when we finished. Gorgeous cut & colour and I've already had loads of compliments even though it's only day 2! Thanks Rebecca you are a miracle worker x

Really happy with my results (lip blush) and was surprised how pain free the treatment actually was - numbing cream worked a treat! Lovely experience and fully trusted Rebecca to do a great job, which she did! So happy that I have booked in for micro-blading next week!

Pip was fantastic with removing a new nostril piercing that unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to (not pierced by Pip). Pip was very gentle & knowledgeable about how to care for pierced hole once removed. I'll definitely go back to Pip in a few months once healed to try again. Thank you Pip. Raye x

First time visiting the salon today, made feel so very welcome. Salon was lovely and cool on such a warm day. So very clean too, I will deffo be returning. Rebecca is so lovely and attentive. Her salon is a credit to all her hard work 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 would definitely recommend!!

Whole experience with empress has been fab from quick responses when messaging to ask for more information, to our appointment we were greeted by friendly staff member, Emily fully explained every step and what was happening for my son at his ear piercing everything very hygienic and clean.

Amazing piercer , went through everything with me .Went to get my daith and conch pierced and she explained thoroughly why my anatomy wasn’t right to pierce a daith , saving me pain with healing and also money on a piercing that would probably reject. We decided to go on with just the conch and she pierced it beautifully ,also helped with choosing jewellery based on my budget . Very friendly xx
