I had a great experience at LNO! Dom was extremely professional, reassuring and friendly. He walked me through the process and made sure I loved the jewellery I chose and the placement of the piercing. I am *obsessed* with the result, he did such an amazing job. Came in for a helix piercing with Dom this morning - 10/10 experience. Everything was clearly explained, physically the place is so neat/tidy/clean looking and icing on the cake is it didn’t hurt at all. Would 100% recommend and can easily see other piercings at LNO in my future.

Really fantastic experience. I haven't had a new piercing for a decade or so and despite my cluelessness, Dom was professional, cheerful and friendly. He gave me all of the info I needed ahead of time, told me what was going to happen when, and was transparent about pricing and timings, with clear and written aftercare instructions provided that also gave me the info about the exact piercings I had. This is an explicitly queer-friendly business, and I felt welcome as a neurodivergent person too.

Got a helix piercing with Abbi after being recommended LNO and I had a lovely time. Welcoming and friendly atmosphere, beautiful selection of jewellry and I felt very looked after. Have immediately booked in for a consultation to plan out my future ear piercings. Would recommend!

FANTASTIC - friendly team and a clean, cosy, stylish shop. Good parking nearby (did have to pay though!). Can't recommend LNO enough <3 Abbi was fantastic at preparing me and talking me through each piercing, including the steps she took to keep everything clean and safe (to calm my germaphobia). She made me feel comfortable and kept me chatting. Even better, she went above and beyond to answer my 7000 panicked questions the next day, including tips to help lessen the impact of the piercings/aftercare on my autism and sensory issues. The rest of the team are also welcoming and helpful too!

Great experience with Dom for a nose piercing and a bunch of resizing and new jewellery. He was so helpful with letting me know which piercings needed downsizing and when the other would need it. He also advise the placement of the nose piercing based on wanting a nose ring in the future so it’ll be flat against the skin.

I have had 4 piercings done by Claudia so far (tragus, helix, conch and lobes) They were done so quickly that I couldn't feel any pain. They also healing very well. The new studio is absolutely beautiful with lots of jewellery options to choose from. Literally the best piercing place in Gloucestershire:)

I had one new piercing and one piercing changed into a new bar on Sunday and Claudia made me feel so calm and safe. She told me every process which I thought was amazing and she made sure I was okay after I had my piercing done. Would really recommend LNO if you want a new piercing or more piercings they are amazing, all the staff are lovely and they make you feel at home especially if you were nervous about having a piercing done.

Been going to LNO for a few years now for piercings and my jewelry needs. I always feel super comfortable and welcome and I even got a lollipop at my last piercing! A much better experience than other studios I have been to in the past.

Claudia is amazing and super friendly and made me feel relaxed. I faint easily with piercings (done at other places) but not this time. Claudia talked me through the entire process from choosing my jewellery (the most beautiful earrings I have ever seen) to marking my ear for a conch and flat. And then the actual piercing stage. I can’t recommend Claudia enough. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much I’m so happy :)
