I recently had an excellent experience at a spa for a full Brazilian wax, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere was welcoming, calm, and clean, which immediately put me at ease. The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and was very efficient in getting me settled and ready for my appointment. The technician who performed the wax was incredibly professional and made sure to explain the process in detail, addressing any concerns I had before starting. Her demeanor was friendly and reassuring, which helped reduce any nervousness.

Matthew was a very good masseur. However I would have preferred the more traditional instrumental spa music, rather than the R&B Jazz that was played. It’s less relaxing.

The mani/pedi nail experience was good, I didn’t too much and I was satisfied with the results for sure. However, this was only my second time using the spa and both times they happen to be off schedule which affected my plans in the end.

Body Scape Spa was an experienceeeeee!! Not only was the customer service excellent but the environment also welcomed me with a special stimulus that excited all my senses.. the pleasant aroma .. the calming sounds.. I would definitely recommend!! 10/10.
