I had the aromatherapy body polish and my skin felt amazing afterwards. The massage was perfect pressure and I had Mitchel as my therapist who was absolutely amazing . Would thoroughly recommend him and the retreat to anyone needing some self kindness . I am looking forward to my next treatment at body and soul

I visited Body & Soul for the first time today. Gail was lovely! She took the time to massage my hands while I was getting my eye-lashes tinted. It's the little things that really make a difference. I look forward to visiting the spa retreat again soon.

Location is great, Helen was wonderful and my whole experience will make me go again.
