Was my first time at the spa and was a wonderful experience. The spa was very clean, tranquil and just entering I already felt very relaxed. Michelle was very welcoming and her sweet and pleasant personality only added to an already peaceful atmosphere. She has a tremendos amount of experience and her excellent massage just washed any stress away. I truly recommend her and i will definitely come back any time I visit Miami Beach.

The massage that was long overdue for me! Spa 101, located within the Hilton Bentley Miami Beach transports you to a whole different place as soon as you walk in. My massage therapist was Lyschel and she was amazing. Just the right amount of pressure applied throughout the massage and I literally felt all of the tension and stress disappear. Fair warning, you will feel so relaxed within the first ten minutes that you will find yourself drifting off to sleep lol. And the complimentary glass of champagne at the end was an excellent finish to the session! I will return again on my next vacation!!

Tonia absolutely has a new client in our new home town. Thankful to end the year with a fresh new set of lashes. I was 1 hour late on NYE they accommodated me to put in as many lashes as possible until her next client arrived. Tonia and another technician were so kind, sweet and helpful in recommending part of my glam squad. I don’t say this so quickly I give Lash Pro Miami 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟7 stars.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at SPA 101. Although we were not guests at the Hilton, they still made us feel at home. It was the perfect last day with my husband, and they even brought us some champagne when we were finished. The facilities are great as well!!!
