When making booking ,Megan explained what was to happen,on day of treatment was welcomed with a smile,shown to beauty room. Was told exactly what was being done,what and if I would feel anything, and what the treatment was for. Very pleasant girl

Obsessed with my glass skin facial! ✨ My skin has never looked this smooth and glowy — it’s giving real-life filter 😍 The space is sooo cute too, loving the new decor, and the bed was actually the comfiest thing ever. I didn’t want to leave 😂 The whole experience was a 10/10. Can’t wait to come back! 💖💆‍♀️

I had a dermaplaning facial and eyebrow shape tonight . What a lovely experience especially the heated couch ! Sophie is very professional and hygiene conscious and if you need eyelash tint , HD brows , lash lift , dermaplaning, facials or any other beauty treatments Sophie is the best in Worcestershire

The best lashes and HD brows in Worcestershire! Thank you Sophie for the beautiful job you did on my brows and lashes . I had a lash tint and lift along with HD brows . I’m really pleased especially as I have very fair brows so didn’t want them to be too dark . Sophie matched the shade perfectly and my lashes are fantastic - no need for mascara !!!

Such a beautiful soul. From the moment I walked in the salon, I knew I was in safe hands. Megan explained everything to me in great detail and helped me understand why I was experiencing skin issues and how she was able to help- and wow, did she help! The results are fantastic. Booked straight in for my next procedure and I cannot wait to see the results of this one !!! Thankyou again babe
