Sarah is honestly such a lovely beautician, kind, welcoming and brilliant at what she does. From the moment you walk in, the whole environment feels calm, friendly and relaxing. She always makes you feel comfortable and takes such care with every treatment. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and creating a great experience. Stephanie was very professional. She gave clear info and made sure I had no questions. The appointment was a preliminary one to see if I wanted her to do semi perm brows for me. The mock up was remarkably natural so I’m satisfied the final outcome will look great
