Vikki is absolutely lovely. She gives excellent advice and always takes the time to listen carefully to any concerns. She is highly professional, and I always feel completely safe in her hands, which is so important when it comes to facial treatments. There aren't many people I would trust to put needles in my face, but Vikki is incredibly reassuring and knowledgeable. She explains everything clearly, puts you at ease, and you can tell she genuinely knows what she's talking about. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering treatment. Really great appointment! She made me feel at ease, listened to what I wanted and improved my ideas using her expertise. She was great with my 5 year old that is fairly restless when sitting. Definitely will be returning and recommend!

Incredible. 10/10 would book again. Louise is lovely, welcoming, and has a really consultative approach, asking where you feel the issues are and what you need from the session. The environment is also amazing, super relaxing, designed to aid relaxation for all senses - the bed is super comfy and the bedding / comforter is so cosy. Louise used a range of techniques and pressure to adapt to the problem areas and really get to the root of the issues.

Had my 5th session tonight and the hair has pretty much all gone. It has made me feel confident and I don’t know why I haven’t done it sooner! I will be booking more sessions and having more areas done over the next few months. Thank you Ellie!
