Second vitamin C facial with Paola. I rebooked it after 3 people complimented me on how good my skin looked after the first one - this never happens to me! My skin glows afterwards and the effect lasts. I also had a pedicure and my feet look like new again. Always leave the salon feeling relaxed and looked after. Love the heated bed too - drifting off to sleep whilst being pampered 😊

Alina did my brows on Saturday, and I am absolutely in love with them! She explained every detail of the process as we went along, and I felt very relaxed with no pain at all. Honestly, Heather is amazing, so down to earth and extremely welcoming. I was more worried about walking into a place like this - didn’t know what to expect and plain Jane just doesn’t go to these places. Wow , I worried for nothing - every single member of Heathers staff were warm and welcoming. Oh and I’d better mention the brows - stunning , extremely happy , and if I had the money I’d go for more procedures here . I am over the moon . Thank you Heather , your whole work ethos is exactly what the beauty industry should be , I feel a million dollars. Thank you xx

I had the most amazing experience. The salon is beautifully relaxing and so clean! I had the treatment for water retention which was incredible and I've been left feeling so much better. I also had a consultation for microblading and Paula was so knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed and I didn't feel rushed or like I was asking too much. I can't wait to return for the treatment

The salon is beautiful, the staff we met were charming. Amelia definitely has amazing skills in microblading. I can’t help feel that our services were a bit rushed, and was so surprised to leave the salon with tint on and without the opportunity to see how they finished up. My daughter and I had both travelled for hours to visit and expected to have the services completed there? Is this how you normally work? We will need to return soon, as we both have lost quite a lot and it’s only 6 days but also feel confident that we will be in a better position next time - as this was our first time.

Amazing salon very professional! All staff are very welcoming. Even the small details made the experience better like toiletries and refreshments being available to clients! Great service from the start. It was my first time having filler. Vicky made me feel really comfortable spoke me through every step. Explained exactly what she was doing from start to finish. Made me really trust her and feel confident I would get the result I wanted. Overall great experience and well trained staff! Definitely recommend for anyone struggling to find the right place to go.

I had my first Botox treatment with Laura today, after having it done previously at other salons. I was really impressed. Laura was so professional and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. I have a dropping eyelid and asked for the treatment to be subtle without looking overdone. I'll definitely be back… Thank you, Laura!
