I’ve been to Natalie a couple of times for a Hollywood wax. She’s amazing! I was so nervous the first time but she really put me at ease & honestly, it wasn’t half as bad as I thought it would be, second time was a breeze. Natalie makes you feel really comfortable and she’s so knowledgable, you can tell she really enjoys what she does which I find reassuring. I’ve had Hollywood waxes at different salons before but none have been as good as Natalie, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Natalie is calm, kind and professional at all times. Highly recommend! I hadn't been waxed for 16 years and was slightly nervous, Megan put me at complete ease from the outset. She reassured me and distracted me chatting, giving me honest advice and discussing expectations/outcomes and generally had a very calming persona. I felt instantly relaxed, it was a pleasure to have such a friendly and welcoming beautician. Ive already booked in for my next appointment as I couldn't imagine visiting anywhere else with such fantastic service 😄

Excellent experience, I had a massage with Lauren and it was the best back massage I’ve had! My shoulders and back felt so much relaxed afterwards. Will definitely be coming again.

What a lovely experience, just what my nervous system needed. I had the Indian Head massage, it was very relaxing and the cabin is beautiful. Jenny is a true professional. I will return.
