First time I’d been to the Loft and wasn’t disappointed Sarah was lovely and listened to my concerns and made me feel totally relaxed. She was very knowledgeable about products she used on me and didn’t do the hard sell like so many salons do but I brought the products anyway and was really pleasantly surprised how reasonable they were Already booked next appointment with her Thank you Sarah

Amazing experience for my wedding hair and makeup trial. I never really wear makeup so was slightly apprehensive but I was made to feel really at ease and nothing was too big of an ask. Absolutely loved every minute of it and really happy with the results.

The experience was simply divine, the setting and my beautician was amazing. The only point of possible improvement was the facial extractions, I’ve had successful extractions before but this time wasn’t so successful and it was thought the marks were filaments, I managed to remove some dirt once I got home which was a bit disappointing. Otherwise the whole experience was very positive and I felt very relaxed and comfortable during my time with the beautician.

First experience of a lymphatic drainage massage. I was a bit nervous as I didn't know what to expect but Danielle put me at ease and explained the process and what to expect. Not like a traditional massage this was a very relaxing a gental approach to a wonderful procedure to boost immunity and made me feel much lighter. Would highly recommend and will be planning this technique into my healthcare routine from now on. Thank you.

Beautiful location, lovely technician but next time I would prefer to use a medium or long mould versus the small to get the desired effect of the lash lift
