Amy has a very calming, professional air about her which certainly helps clients relax before treatments. All treatments were carried out in an unhurried manner, with Amy explaining what would happen at each stage of progress. Aftercare was also fully discussed. The wax saloon room is beautifully appointed, with fresh towels, wipes, bottled water and mints for each client. Highly recommended.

Amy is so friendly she puts you at ease straight away. She is professional and extremely thorough so 10/10 for me
