I have been coming to Keely at Primrose Beauty for many years now. Keely is a kind, careful, confident practioner. She puts you at ease and listens to what you need from each treatment. I love a neck and shoulder massage but have also tried other treatments which were all wonderful. I now go regularly and love booking ahead on Fresha. Can't imagine not having treatments in my diary year on year!

Probably the best beauty salon EVER! So professional but really welcoming and kind. Did amazing job; I’ve come back for many treatments. Over 40 full sets/ infills, ombré brows and top ups, eye brow tidy, microneedling ( incredible results after 1st treatment), lash lift and tint… never have had ANY problems what so ever. I recommend 10000/10 looking forward for new and exiting treatments that india will have to offer!!! Always explains aftercare so well and is there to solve any issues; although you won’t have any… had got available aftercare that can be used for most treatments.

10/10 experience! I’ve been seriously slacking on my mani/pedis since an incident I had at another salon. But coming here completely 180’d my perspective. Was such an enjoyable appointment, will definitely be back to get my nails done again!

Today was my first visit to India and certainly won’t be my last! She was extremely welcoming and instantly made me feel comfortable. India talked me through everything she was going to do and frequently asked if everything was ok. Once the tattoo was done India throughly explained the aftercare. I’m incredibly happy and highly recommended India. She is fantastic!

My visit today was a bikini wax. As always a great service always made to feel welcomed. Added bonus was that lovely cool room with the air conditioning especially on a hot day as it was today, it was so nice I didn’t want to leave! This is the second tattoo I've and there is a serious risk I could become addicted! Indy took such care over the design to make sure it, and the placement, were perfect. And or anyone whose is maybe undecided or feeling a little nervous about getting a tattoo, I really would recommend chatting it through with her. She wouldn't push anyone to go ahead unless they were certain, so you can be confident of receiving impartial advice.

If I could give more than 5 star I would. You made me feel at ease and comfortable, explained everything. I was a bit nervous and very excited to start with as it was my first ever tattoo, but the nerves quickly passed and now I'm sat gazing at not 1, but 2 beautifuly created tattoo's.. And I'm super proud of myself, having put it off for years. I now have a memorable tattoo for each of my daughters. And I wish I had videoed their reactions. Screams and jumping up and down... these are grown women !! 🤣🤣. They love them as much as I do, and they mean so much to me. Thank you xx
