I booked a facial for my mother and we were both so impressed with the experience. The beautician was kind, attentive, and made my mother feel very relaxed throughout the treatment. The results were clear right away, her skin looked brighter and more refreshed, and she was genuinely happy with how she felt afterward. It was such a positive experience from start to finish. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent care and visible results.

I recently treated myself to a facial and dermaplane treatment with Vic, and honestly, it was one of the best things I’ve done for myself in a long time. From the moment I walked in, Vic made me feel completely relaxed, comfortable, and cared for. Emily was fantastic! I didn’t really have a treatment in mind when I came for my initial consultation and analysis. After a very comprehensive breakdown of all that was on offer to assist my skin concerns I opted for a treatment that I’d been so considering for a long time but was too scared to take the plunge. Emily made the whole process and experience so calming and easy and I am thrilled with how it went and feel very lucky to have found her clinic! 100% recommend Emily as a beautician and just the nicest human being. You won’t regret reaching out to her!

Had another stunning glow luxury facial with Emily last week. I was having a bit of a breakout leading up to the facial but my skin has settled so much since! Acne has pretty much cleared up and my skin has felt so soft. Makeup has been going on a dream! The chest and arm massage was absolutely amazing, perfect amount of pressure. Can’t wait to come back :)

Excellent as always. I love this Penarth branch of Ener-chi . All the staff work so hard under tremendous pressure as is the norm nowadays unfortunately. They persevere and are always helpful and cheerful. Joanne is amazing and you can tell she is very experienced in her craft.

The staff here in Nail Spa not only excellent on what they’re paid for but also very accommodating and flexible. With the latter you can’t find that anywhere else in Penarth, more so in Cardiff. The effort is very much appreciated. Very much highly recommended, give them a try and you will never have to go to any other salon again.
