Erica always does an amazing job, she’s so kind easy to talk to and as a long term customer of xcel beauty I wouldn’t go anywhere else! It’s like going for a girly catch up while being pampered at the same time. The salon is perfect if you don’t have a lot of confidence like myself as it’s friendly and not overwhelming. I feel a spring in my step everytime I visit!

Erica was as usual very good .some beauty comes at a cost of a bit of pain It's inevitable but Erica is so good at containing that. The finished job is a wonderful relief and worthwhile.

My daughter loves having her hair cut at the salon. They make her feel special and her hair looks brilliant after each cut (she has very curly hair). The price is excellent value. Would recommend to all.

Outstanding as always. I used to go years and years without going to a hairdresser because of bad experiences in the past that put me off going, but one day I bit the bullet and booked with Georgia and it was the best thing I’ve done, she’s done my hair for the past 2 years and I now won’t go anywhere else. She gets it perfect every time. Everyone else in the salon is so friendly and welcoming and a funny team, I think Marley is great and I love overhearing his funny stories. Just a brilliant experience every time. Thank you!

So nice to have a Swedish Back, Neck & Shoulder massage with the lovely Emily. I thoroughly recommend a visit to Beauty @ No 22. The salon has been tastefully styled to ensure a relaxing and calm environment for whatever treatment you are having.

Amazing! Zoe listened to me, and what I was hoping to achieve. I left “The Little Beauty Co” having achieved way more than I thought possible! I’m over the moon and shall certainly be back .. ❤️

I have visited many beauty salons and experienced many treatments and I can honestly say Emily is the BEST I have experienced. Luxury salon right in the centre of lowestoft, with free private car park which is brilliant for a quick look round the shops too!

Absolutely heavenly experience with Emily at the Academy & Beauty rooms, my microdermabrasion facial has left my skin feeling lovely and I can highly recommend 😊 will be back soon!

First two visits with Melissa this week, in preparation for my holiday. Absolutely amazing job, artistic skills and attention to detail were exceptional. Lovely couple of evenings in a relaxing professional salon I felt very welcomed. Will most certainly be returning, highly recommend.
