I'm usually nervous about going to the hairdressers, especially as I have naturally curly hair and haven't always had good experiences. Katharine was lovely, listened to what I wanted, and took my preferences into account. I had a colour, cut and blow dry, and I'm really happy with the result. The colour is subtle and natural, exactly what I wanted. She was friendly and professional, regularly checking I was comfortable and offering drinks throughout the appointment. I felt listened to, which isn't always my experience at salons, and I'd happily recommend Katharine to others.

Absolutely amazing experience! I haven't had the best experiences in Salons in the past, and having terrible washed out colour on my hair I was so worried about going. But Jamie was amazing! So supportive, kind and not judgemental, and even better my hair looks better than it has in years!! Thank you xx
