Very good pretty much painless. Young beautician was friendly & attentive. Not 5 stars because I had to wait whilst this wasn’t a big issue it might have been.

Suzi has done a fantastic job on my semi permanent eyeliner. She listened to what I wanted, and all the tweaks. She's incredibly friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I love my eyeliner and not having to put makeup on every day!

I was extremely happy with the makeup service. Very professional, attentive to detail, and truly focused on understanding exactly what I wanted. The makeup looked beautiful, natural, and lasted perfectly the whole time. Beyond the technical skill, I really appreciated the calm, friendly attitude and the comfortable atmosphere — it makes such a difference. I felt confident and well taken care of from start to finish. Wouldn't go anywhere else after trying several salons. This has to be hands down the top salon. The staff are all very friendly. Laura my stylist is so patient with me and never fails to give me the hair I'm after. Always a 5 star service. All the ladies & Gents in this salon I would recommend!

Since taking the new client offer for back massage, I have been going weekly for back massages. I suffer from fibro and have been getting really sore arms and hands so today did the arms/hands massage. Definitely took the tension from my right shoulder. Treatments can be adapted for your needs. Makes you feel at ease and is a lovely young lady. Wouldn't use anyone else in Ilkeston now. Prices are really down to earth, shops a little treasure trove. The oils that are for sale are inexpensive. I use the fibro/arthritis one, which is brilliant.

I’d never go anywhere else now I’ve found Anna 🤩. This pro really knows her stuff and I feel completely at ease and trust her completely. I look forward to my appointments and highly recommend her clinics (Ilkeston and Beeston). Shes a 5 star skincare and aesthetics adviser and practitioner. Just read the reviews ! Says it all 🤷🏻‍♀️

I received a lovely welcome from Nicky, I felt very relaxed and comfortable, Nicky was very chatty, while still very professional. I would highly recommend her, I absolutely love my lashes, definitely 5 stars!!! Thank you so much ☺️

Lizzie is so professional & skilled at what she does. I literally travel over 40 minutes for these lashes and I will continue to do so! Been to other beauticians in the past and none of them compare to Lizzie's work. She makes you feel comfortable and welcome :) xx

OMG...Anna is the most amazing person and Aesthetics and beauty practioner ever!! I'm so happy she opened in ilkeston it was serendipitous as I was researching non surgical facial treatment and then then poof Anna arrived. My second treatment was today with fillers and a skin treatment I can't spell. From the start Anna has been warm, friendly and dull of great advice and her passion for what she does shines through. I am a trans woman and our goal I to feminise my face subtly and the results are amazing my cheeks and chin are making me look how I feel. See you soon and thankyou Michaela 💗x

From the start of my bridal makeup journey right through to the big day Sam has been absolutely incredible! For someone who doesn’t wear a lot of makeup she put me at ease during my trial and made me feel confident with the look we were going for! She checked in throughout my journey and even after the wedding day she was excited to see photos! She made me and my bridal party feel amazing and confident on the day and couldn’t have gone any better! Our makeup lasted all day with no need to touch up! Her products and service were amazing! So glad I chose you 🧡 thank you so much xx

Thanks Becca for a lovely relaxing pedicure today. The salon is spotless and very welcoming. I decided to have polish instead of gel and was impressed by the lovely range of colours available. Some salons do not offer ordinary polish so this was a definite plus for me, of course gels are available and I’ve already booked my next appointment but am having a manicure this time. Thanks ladies!
