Charlotte is the only person that I would let do my hair she is lovely and listens to what you want doing to your hair and it’s always great when it finished.

I honestly love going to get my nails done at Pluck & Polish — it never feels like an appointment, more like catching up with a friend! Louise is so warm and friendly, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The salon has such a lovely, relaxed vibe, and Wilf the dog is the cutest little greeter with his happy wagging tail. It always brightens my day popping in! 💅🐾

Natalie is absolutely lovely, friendly and professional. She’s done an amazing job on my nails and I love them! Would HIGHLY recommend. Thank you! 🥰😁
