This gem of a place is excellent, you receive the best quality treatments and the products are top class, service is first class as is the knowledge and skill level of each of the beauticians, advisors, nail technicians and therapists - they are the best. My visists to Polished have always made me feel wondeful and so special after each treatment, the investment in oneself is worth it and more.

Hope is fantastic and I wouldn’t want anyone else doing my lashes now I’ve been to her. Hope listens to what you want and does a great job. I’ve had lash extensions done by a few other people at different salons and although they were experienced practitioners and teachers, Hope is better than each of them. She ensures my lashes are cared for and don’t get damaged by the extensions and they are always beautifully applied so they line up with my natural lash and don’t catch when I brush them. Very happy.

Jade provides a very professional service . I was very impressed by the care she took to explain the whole process to me. She took time to make sure the colour matched my skin tone properly and that I was happy with it before we started. I have had lots of lovely compliments on my lips, as they now have great definition and are a lovely natural shade. I am so glad I had it done! I thoroughly recommend Jade to anyone considering lip blush!

Excellent from start to finish. Suzie was welcoming and friendly, showed exceptional care and attention. There was a faultless selection of appropriate earrings and Suzie took her time to explain the process and aftercare to my daughter. She wasn’t rushed through it and made my daughter feel completely at ease. Clean and comfortable surroundings. Absolutely no complaints. Fantastic service, one happy daughter!

From the moment I stepped into The Little Retreat's garden cabin in Epsom, I knew I was in for something special. Lisa has created a truly tranquil sanctuary from everyday life. My Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatment was nothing short of transformative. What struck me most was the tenderness—I felt "like a baby or something very precious," completely looked after and nurtured. The flowing movements were incredibly soothing. The Little Retreat truly lives up to its promises—a beautiful space where your wellbeing becomes the priority. I'll book my next appointment very soon. An absolute gem!

I had a blackhead removal facial on Sat and it was such a lovely, relaxing experience. My skin feels incredibly soft and smooth afterwards, and I’m really pleased with the results. One thing I especially appreciated was being able to completely switch off without feeling like I needed to make conversation. It gave me the chance to relax and disappear into my own little world, which was exactly what I needed. The music created a really calming atmosphere, and the massage was absolutely wonderful. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely recommend. Thank you x
