Professional and high standard treatments! Ellie is a skin expert and she is the best at what she does in Bristol! I have been seeing her for a year now and have never been disappointed with her services. Always very welcoming and warm and full of knowledge! She offers an amazing amount of different treatments and always advises on what is most suitable to achieve the skin goals! Couldn't recommend enough 👌

I am a nightmare and have a habit of booking in with the lovely Loni last minute but she is always so accommodating. This time was nails….. I am not a nail girl AT ALL but since having my nails done with Loni for a wedding I’ve kept up with them and am actually now a bit of a nail girl 🙌 Loni is just the best! 💖

The best facial Ive ever had. Ellie was so thorough with every step plus did the best scalp and shoulder massage that made my headache go away. Skin already looks glowing and have booked in my second appointment. 100% recommend

I won't go anywhere else. This salon is always clean and fresh. The stylist always does my hair the way I want. I have been coming here for a few years and never disappointed with the service. Very polite and friendly. Highly recommend a visit, you will be glad you did

The Beauty Shack is such a lovely, tranquil place, it’s setting is gorgeous up in Failand. Just the right environment for beauty, facials etc. Olivia is so professional, knowledgeable and kind, she totally put me at ease regarding my procedure (blemish removal). The whole thing was very quick, done with great care. Thank you so much Olivia! 100% recommend.

Best experience every time! My brows were threaded with such precision and my LVL lashes turned out flawless. Clean, relaxing environment and a lovely beautician who really knows her craft. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

So relaxing and skin feels so hydrated and soft.

Always have an amazing experience with Loni! She is the eyebrow queen! She listens really carefully and is such a perfectionist, paying very close attention to detail and I’m always so pleased with the results. What a difference eyebrows make to your whole face! Highly recommend a lamination, but also delivers fab results with a tint & thread. She’s so lovely as well, always put you at ease. Highly recommend!
