Anyone who finds themselves in the midst of the discomfort & confusion that is peri or menopause will understand that it sucks. However, occasionally you find something that genuinely makes a difference to how you feel & Lucy’s Menopause Massage was one of those little gifts. My massage was so relaxing & left me feeling lighter somehow. My favourite part was the abdominal massage because I have felt constantly bloated for the last 18months & nothing I’ve tried has helped. The day after my massage I woke up feeling like my tummy looked so much better! I can’t recommend this treatment enough ☺

I had Full Body Lymphatic Drainage with Lucy due to feeling incredibly bloated and swollen. I’m perimenopausal and the recent heatwave made it even worse. After the massage I slept so well which is unusual for me and I felt so much better and less bloated. Lucy is amazing at what she does and I will be working my way through all her treatments!
