Absolutely love coming. Feel so welcome and my results when I leave are amazing loosing 2 to 3/4 cm. I can’t recommend enough but with anything you have to also support yourself on what you eat and exercise x

Q: how can a firming facial treatment with Lauren get any better? A: have a core grounding ritual beforehand! Fabulous as always, wouldn't go anywhere else, unless of course Lauren moved to Australia 🤣 💛

I’m so happy having my nails done by Katie she is very professional, great range of colour gels. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I would definitely recommend Pretty and Polished.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Results After Just 5 Sessions! I am genuinely impressed with the results I’ve seen after only 5 body sculpting sessions. The difference is much bigger than I expected—I’ve lost 5cm from my stomach area that were difficult to target with diet and exercise alone, and my clothes fit much better..Thank you… highly recommended ❤️

An amazing experience. Beth made sure everything was perfect for my massage, from the warmth of the room, to the scent of the oils she used. I can honestly say, it’s the best massage I’ve ever had. She also gave me some ideas of stretches I can do to relieve tension in problem areas. It was very dark when I left and Beth watched me get safely to my car, which was such a thoughtful thing to do. I came away feeling very cared for. Absolutely perfect.
