Amazing! The salon was clean and organized, all the staff were friendly. Kelly was able to take my half-baked inspiration ideas and helped me make my hair so lovely - she asked a lot of question about my hair and how I usually styled it to ensure that it looks good day-to-day.

Jamie did an incredible job! This was my second appointment, and once again I’m so impressed with the results. She took the time to truly understand my needs and carefully analyzed the right color and haircut for my hair. The final result looks amazing, I honestly can’t stop admiring it. If you’re looking for a skilled Korean hair stylist who understands face shape and knows how to create the right layered haircut, Jamie is the one to go to. I’ll definitely be back, and if Jamie ever opens her own salon, I’d follow without hesitation. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Icey Artistry for a while and love it! I started with Kylie for lashes—she was amazing. When she went on mat leave, I tried a few others and now see Ally. Everyone’s super talented and kind. I get Gel X nails done by Steven—he’s incredible—and Hanna does my pedicures (her massages are the best!). It’s truly a one-stop shop for all your beauty needs. Highly recommend!

The staff at the front desk they are very pleasant and trying to help with every question I had about the products. Also I ordered online and I did some mistakes but the owners of the salon, Dimitry and Elena were very understandable and changed my products. Great customer service and beautiful and cozy salon. I recommend them from my heart.

Thanks for the awesome Endosphere Body Treatment! The techs totally know their stuff! I went to the salon for Endospheres. It's a half-body treatment for cellulite and lymphatic drainage, plus a bunch of other good stuff! The salon is super friendly and lovely, and everyone's really well-trained.

I've been a few times to this salon and always have good customer service. I like that you can book online, which is convenient. They have a cute little coffee bar available and a table where you can work or hang out while you wait your turn.

I always leave here feeling like my hands belong to someone way fancier than me. The staff are meticulous and kind, the art is gorgeous, and the vibe is relaxed. They remember the little details and always check in to make sure I’m happy before I leave. Prices are totally fair for the quality, and they handle even complicated nail art like pros. Easily the best nail salon I’ve ever been to.

I’ve tried so many salons for lash extensions, and I truly can’t say enough good things about Ivy and her amazing team. They are incredibly patient, kind, and thorough. I developed an allergy to lash extensions years ago, and Ivy has worked so closely with me...constantly checking in, testing different glues and sets, and making sure I’m always comfortable. What could have been a frustrating trial-and-error process has honestly been such a pleasant experience because of how caring and accommodating she is. I couldn’t recommend this place enough....this is the only salon I trust with my lashes!

I went to Bisou impulsively because I hated my last haircut from another salon and just wanted to chop my hair off. I told Riho what I was looking for and she completely understood what I wanted and delivered it so perfectly!! She brought life back to my hair thankfully!

Ivy and her team always do an amazing job on my eyelashes. I have light eyelashes and each lash is quite thin, so they can't hold a lot of weight. I've been coming to Beauty Palace for 2 years now, because of their attention to detail. The lashes stay on well, without being too heavy, and they look full and naturally whispy. Also, the beds/tables are comfortable, they come with a blanket, and a pillow for under your legs, for added back support. You feel taken care of here :)

I had the 9D HIFU treatment for my neck and lower face, and I'm beyond impressed! Although results are supposed to take a few months to fully develop, I noticed a visible lift immediately after each session. This was my 2nd treatment, and I'm already excited for the final 3rd session. Naz was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable - she made me feel completely at ease. Both technicians I've had were also very friendly and took the time to customize each session to target my specific areas of concerns. I was at the salon yesterday to get a hair cut and Angel assisted me. First I discussed with her what I expect and she clearly explained me how my expectations can be met with a different style. Next, she started with washing my hair. I must say it was a fabulous experience with a head massage. Finally, she was done with my hair cut and gave me some tips to style my hair. I had an amazing haircut by Angel. She knows what she’s doing… Highly recommended.

Had my first full-body laser session with Sandy and it went great! I’d done other laser treatments before elsewhere with little result, but NanoBeauty has been promising so far. I also had my first bio-needling with Sandy and the second with Naz—both were amazing. Naz is super thoughtful, tailors everything to your skin, takes her time and doesn’t push unnecessary treatments. Great prices, clean space, and you can tell they care. Highly recommend!
