I just had the most amazing experience at Serene. All three ladies were so lovely and the service was in incredible. They took their time with both services that I received, I had the best leg calve and foot massage ever and enjoyed a cup of tea and heat pack on the back of my neck throughout. This is absolutely my new regular salon - if I could rate it higher than 5 stars I would! Well done ladies 🌟

I had a full head of foils and cut done by Renee, she was fantastic and fixed my hair from a previous awful cut. I have not walked out of a salon happy in a while, so was pleasantly surprised how happy I am with my hair cut and colour. I will definitely be back.

Tori was so patient, kind and understanding of my daughter's hairstyle she was wanting to achieve. So thrilled to find such a talented hairstylist close to home and affordable for an alternative cut. We will definitely be returning!

Would highly recommend Serene Retreat and Social Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing, professional and welcoming salon. The ladies at Serene are exceptional, I first got a pedicure with Jinn which was excellent, she paid particular attention to my cuticles (which definitely needed it) and she gave me a great foot massage. I just got a facial today, although I didn’t catch the name of the lady doing it she was wonderful and created a very calming atmosphere. Nancy gave an exceptional foot massage while I got my facial as well. Will definitely be visiting again soon. Thank you ladies!

Maryanne was amazing! I've been to 2 (1, 3times) hair salon to get my hair silver/grey and none of them was able to do this untill I meet Maryanne! My hair is Grey and is in love with it and so is my family! Maryanne was able to explain very little details and what she was doing to my hair and why. She was just AMAZING! I will definitely be coming back!

It was good. I enjoyed the facial itself however it was a bit noisy compared to other facial experiences I've had. Can't be helped with the layout of the salon. But my skin feels soft and clean after my session.

Absolutely lovely, Selma took good care of me, made me feel very comfortable and confident, talked through every cut and decision she planned to do and explained and gave insights about hair health too. The final result was incredible, so so beautiful and I was so so happy with it. Will definitely visit again and make this my regular salon from now on :)

Amazing customer service, they really take care of you from the time you walk in to the time you walk out of the salon. I’m so happy with the end result of my hair extensions wouldn’t go anywhere else to have them done. Would highly recommend them

First time at Anna Francesca and it won't be the last. Anna was fabulous, she talked through everything she was doing and she was accomodating. Logan is best stylist for blonde! Very professional, gives great advice, mature and humble. I’m very confident with him taking over the upkeep of my long blonde hair. Naturally I have really dark roots, his knowledge and skill for lifting, toning and the attention to detail especially around the hairline is amazing. Sherry and Veronica are also really lovely, friendly and professional. It was a great experience getting my hair done in this salon.

Anna is the best hairdresser i have been to. She takes so much pride in her work & puts her customers comfort first. She nailed my vision for a full head of foils, for my short curly hair. I wanted to maintain my curls and she not only did that, but she styled it and gave it more care than any other salon i’ve been to in Sydney! Highly recommend.

It was a really great experience. Vanessa was very helpful in trying to explain the process on how to achieve my ideal hair without damaging it. The result is still amazing eventhough the color I want is still not achievable at the moment. But still came out very beautiful. I feel very beautiful coming out from the salon. Highly recommended. Logan is a God Sent. Whenever you visit Sherrys hair salon, ask for him. He will turn you from wanna be Beyonce to Beyonce in a blink. Trust, I got my hair done by him today and OH MY DAYS !! I’m gorgeous. Logan worked his magic hands on this island afro and yass, he delivered, ate and left no crumbs, PERIOD !!
