After a few months of looking for the right salon, I am so pleased I tried Capital Lashes. Georgia did a great job with my lash lift and tint and brow shape and tint, explaining the process in detail and giving me options for colour and shape. She even helped sort my brows after a previous salon had massacred them, with a long term plan to get them back to their former selves. Thanks so much!

I had the ELEMIS EXPERT™ TOUCH RENEW FACIAL for the first time with Charis and what a beautiful facial it was. Charis is very professional and welcoming. It was so relaxing and my skin is beautifully hydrated and feels like silk. Highly recommend Charis as your treatment expert.

A three hour spa experience, a birthday gift from friends.. how wonderful. Body wrap; body massage and then a facial. This was followed by a glass of bubbly, the perfect indulgence. Cris, my attendant was the right balance of checking my satisfaction but not intruding on my quiet bliss. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience at Hale Spa and can’t recommend it highly enough, especially Dee, who did my massage and facial. She was exceptional, explaining the process, asking about my preferences, and areas I wanted to focus on. I like a firm massage, and she delivered exactly what I asked for, checking in to ensure the pressure was perfect. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep during the massage. Beyond her skill, Dee was incredibly thoughtful and kind, with a truly beautiful presence that made the experience even more special. One of the best spa experiences I’ve had.

Big shout out to Anna and Hanna..! I'm grateful for the relational and flexible environment. They did a great job with my beauty needs. I have dehydrated skin. I used DMK products and Anna and Hanna gave me some good advice on my skincare for Exfoliation, LED & Enzyme Therapy. They are so polite, respectful, and honest.

Natalie was nothing short of amazing. She was welcoming and professional. She asked questions such as if i was using retinols, if i was on any medications and if i had any reactions in the past. This to me, showed she had extensive knowledge about her industry, and that she cared! This is not something i have experienced in other beauty salons. She took the time to walk me through the process, and regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. But most importantly, my brows look great! Definitely the best brow tint/ wax I have ever received. The lash lift was also great. Thanks Natalie!
