Donna provides an amazing service from the heart. Every detail has been considered and catered for. This is no ordinary experience, rather one that is individualised and meets not only your beauty needs but is calming and rejuvenating for your spirit. This is a really fantastic salon - relaxing, pampering, expert, friendly and kind. The best way I can describe it is ethical luxe. If you are, like me, new to town and are not sure where to go for that little treat or indulgence and want to be treated like a princess don’t look any further. Faux fur blankets, warm bed to hop into after the ‘nasty’ treatment for the remainder, delicious elixirs and dainty little edible treats presented in a glass cloche post-treatment were some of the highlights. Donna is a font of information about the best cafes in Edge Hill and the must-do’s in Cairns.

Salon is lovely, clean and relaxing. After a busy morning it was nice to just sit back and enjoy the atmosphere. Jess is super accommodating and friendly. Romeo the Frenchie is an added bonus to the welcome you receive when entering the salon. Will definitely be returning!! Thank you for the amazing keratin treatment, hair is so silky and shiny and OMG so long.

My first ever facial at Soul Beauty Co was amazing! Hana made the whole experience so relaxing—she’s friendly, professional, and full of knowledge. From the moment you walk in, everything feels special, with thoughtful touches like a drink and treat.
