My experience was Superb! It was very relaxing and calming experience for me. She really takes you away from your everyday life, for a more calming serene experience. I haven't had a facial in over 4 years. It was a blessing my mom gifted me with a facial with Freqncy Skin, as she spoke good things about her as well.. She was very welcoming and is very knowledgeable about skin care. The room was very calming and relaxing. As the facial was beinning, I was already looking forward to coming back. Definitely a pleasant experience and would highly recommend Freqncy Skin for a facial experience!

Rochelle had amazing service and was very knowledgeable. She helped me create a new skincare routine, and recommended some new products for me to get to maintain my skin in between services. The shop was decorated beautifully. It was very comfortable and clean. I will be back!

The facial itself was amazing and Rochelle taught me a lot about my facial skin! The bed was warm and cozy, and she put steam and a couple of hot towels on my face during the facial. She was even able to extract something from my skin that I was unable to get out. The only issue I had was that she was late to our appointment, which made me late to my next appointment, and I had to move a bowl out of the sink to wash my hands in the bathroom, but I would definitely go back for the Facial experience.

This was my second visit and this time I got the hot stone massage-facial combo. It was a phenomenal experience and very relaxing. Rochelle exudes peace, and it shows in her business. She even does little touches throughout to make sure her clients have the most comfortable experience possible. I’m so glad I found her!
