Nicole is the sweetest person ever!!! She’s so fun and easy going and explains every step she went through. Great experience as always! I love meeting with Dr. Johnston because I’m really nerdy about my health and I can talk to her about my latest research. Usually, she’s very familiar with what I’m talking about and can help me understand if it’s going to be applicable in my situation. My recent 2 hour session was the epitome of personalization, thanks to a questionnaire that gave me all the spa-goodness I wanted. And talk about service - Jiny was practically a mind-reader, asking all the right questions to ensure maximum relaxation. I couldn't tell if I was in a spa or had magically been transported to a cloud, but I do know that Jiny's experience and passion for her craft made all the difference in the world.

Nicole was fabulous! She was totally patient, encouraging and understanding even though I didn't know exactly what I wanted! I walked in with hair that waz absolutely dead and dried out and when I left I just couldn't stop feeling it! I got a cut with a deep conditioning treatment and I feel so confident with a new shiny and healthy cut!

Nicole was amazing! She listened very carefully to what I wanted. She did a great job, exactly what I wanted. She showed me how to use some new products to help my hair look thicker. She was amazing!
