The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I’ve never felt so relaxed during a treatment. Natalia,  is always incredibly professional and takes the time to answer every question. She explains every step of the treatment clearly, making even the more complicated parts easy to understand. Before we begin, she goes through the treatment plan with me so I know what we'll be doing, when, and why. On top of that, she's such a warm, kind, and welcoming person. I highly recommend her!

I had a PRP vampire facial with Shell. She took my blood for the PRP, cleansed my face, and then applied the serum using microneedling. She was very friendly and explained each step of the process clearly. When I was leaving, she invited me to pop one of the salon balloons for a chance to win a prize. I was lucky enough to win a free classic facial, which I’m very grateful for. I’m looking forward to coming back in January to receive it.

Dr Mehreen is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and from start to finish, explains everything so clearly and thoroughly, which immediately makes you feel reassured and confident in her care. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and calm, warm approach is second to none, and it’s obvious she has a genuine passion and expertise in what she does. She makes the whole experience feel so comfortable and positive. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

It was my first time coming here and initially I was nervous for what I had booked but I was totally put at ease and I felt really comfortable. I was told what my next steps could be , given really efficient aftercare and felt like I was in safe hands and I was even was booked in for a follow up which I really appreciate. I would so recommend coming here and have done so with my friends + family :) x

If you are thinking about it, just do it you will not regret your time spent with Jo. The attention to detail Jo has taken with the environment and provides to you is 10/10, it is the most relaxing clinic setting, it felt like being at a spa. I had microneedling and the experience felt levels above a couple of previous beauticians I have had which is a reputable clinic. I was made to feel comfortable, relaxed (though Jo offers more relaxing treatments) and as a mum with a little baby who hasn’t taken much self care for a while, I cannot wait for my next monthly treat to myself.
