I attended Breathe and Bloom for a combined acupuncture and reiki session to deal with some lower back pain. The treatment room is so calming and peaceful and the session was amazing. Very professional and informative about every step, massage alone was very relaxing perfect amount of pressure firm and deep but not too much as to be painful really enjoyed it thank you.

What a wonderful experience. I visited Lindsay at Breathe and Bloom for acupuncture and healing. It was so relaxing and I felt a great sense of peace afterwards. I would really recommend her to anyone who needs help with relaxation and restoring balance.

Loved it and just what I needed! Nicola was great and I will definitely be recommending her.

Amazing as always. I had some shoulder stifness and Lindsay did Reiki and Acupuncture. I felt so relaxed and had immediate relief from the stiffness. Will definitely be returning again and would highly recommend.
