Paulina is a lovely lady and really know about her treatments. I’ve had amazing results on my bat wings/back fat. It’s also seriously help me with my stomach issues as I suffer from IBS and Acid both of which have really improved and my bowel movements which is brilliant. Thank you so much Paulina x

Paulina is just incredible! She’s so knowledgeable, makes you feel so at ease and is the absolute Queen of relaxation. I’ve had multiple different treatments and never been disappointed. I recently had a HydraFacial at this Fresha salon and it was an amazing experience! The staff were very professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. A big Thanks to Zaynep , she was expert in hydra facial and she is a lovely soul. The treatment itself was relaxing and my skin felt incredibly clean, hydrated, and glowing afterwards. I could see the difference immediately. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a refreshing facial treatment. I will definitely be coming back again!

I’ve been visiting Natalie for microneedling, skin boosters and botox for the last half a year after a friend recommendation. It’s a lovely salon space, Natalie is so friendly and patient, and full of knowledge about what she does. Love my treatments and have noticed such a difference in my skin!

First time i have been to see Paulina at Lumina for a treatment and i have to say that i am and was extremely impressed with the whole experience. The treatment room is beautiful and has a really relaxing feel to it. Paulina explained everything clearly to me and gave me great advice for post treatment to gain the best results from it too. Paulina is very professional as well as being super friendly at the same time. Paulina knows her treatments inside out and is very skilled in what she does. I cannot wait to see her in a few days for my next follow on treatment and more in the pipeline too!

I’m really pleased with my microneedling treatment with Paulina. The treatment was thorough and never felt rushed. You can tell she really takes pride in doing things properly. I had my 2nd stage eyebrow micro blading and very pleased with the result Zaynap was very precise and does not rush . This treatment is semi permanent so I was anxious I needn’t have been the result was perfect . Thank you Zaynap

Paulina is so lovely and completely puts you at ease. She explains the procedure fully - what's going to happen, how it might feel, what to expect afterwards (in the immediate term and ongoing) and lets you know what's going on as she's performing the treatment which for a first timer was very reassuring.

Eve was amazing, I absolutely love my brows. I didn't think they could be evened out but she assured me she could and they were perfect. They helped look after my baby in the salon too while I had my treatment. All the extra touches such as the coffee, blanket and heating pad made me feel extra special. Would highly recommend 👌
