This was my second visit today. My first visit was a consultation with Bev who is really nice and so knowledgeable and helpful. She advised me of what treatments I would benefit from and what it entailed and the results at the end. . I felt comfortable and confident in going fowards to have treatment done. I will be going back for further sessions. I would highly recommend Bev.

10 out of 10 as per usual! My skin is amazing after the glass facial and my brows have never looked so good!!! Always the most relaxing time when I see Amy! She’s brilliant at what she does, she’s so knowledgeable and always training in all the new techniques!

Wow - first Lumixa treatment. My skin is ultra sensitive and I had no redness or reaction, which is amazing for me. My skin feels and looks silky soft. This treatment is so good.

As somebody who isn’t a regular user of salons I was a little nervous. Bev could not have been more welcoming and knowledgeable. She immediately put me at ease and explained exactly what would happen and why. The result of my treatment was absolutely fantastic and I don’t think my skin has ever looked as glowing!! I would absolutely recommend a trip to Zephyr.

Bev is extremely knowledgeable and explains not only what will be beneficial for your skin but also why the changes are happening, especially for me due to my age. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Can't wait to see my results... tried my new Image Vitamin C cleanser and serum this morning, all I can say is Wow 👌 love it. Thanks Bev

Visited today and without me even stating so, Bev recognised that I’m a very anxious person - she therefore did everything she could to help me feel so much more relaxed (and it worked). I had in mind what I wanted but instead of just going along with this (and taking more money off me), Bev guided me through a much more conservative, safe approach! And I’m so glad that she did as she was 100% right and I love my results. Can’t wait to visit again in the future - it feels like visiting a friend ❤️
