I would 100% recommend Alicia after having a deep cleanse facial! She made it such a lovely and relaxing experience, and I walked away with my skin feeling so hydrated and refreshed. I had a few questions for her due to having sensitive skin, but she was so reassuring and answered any question I had, she knows her stuff! I can’t wait for my next treatment!

Cat, as always, has given me perfect nails that last and last. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Don’t bother with the millions of “nail bars” around. It was a revelation the first time I went to Elite Retreat, and Cat did my nails. An all round better experience and quality/expertise.

I recently had a Deep cleanse facial to introduce myself to facials as part of my new monthly maintenance and look after my skin. I have had lumpy and textured skin for a long as I can remember but now it’s smooth and soft! Couldn’t believe this was my result after just one facial, can’t wait for my next treatment x I also had my first Lash lift and Tint done by Alicia I was incredibly nervous because I don’t like having instruments near my eyes but she soon calmed me down and I’m so in love with my results that I don’t feel the need to wear makeup - definitely having it again! I had micro needling for the first time ever and Alicia put me completely at ease. I was slightly nervous beforehand but she put my mind to rest and kept checking throughout the whole thing I was okay, I had nothing to worry about at all! Cannot wait to see what results it brings! Also purchased the most incredible foam cleanser, the BEST!
