Jess is absolutely amazing!!! But also very professional. She explains everything she is going to do, checks throughout your treatment that you’re ok and ensures that you’re totally happy at the end. I booked in for a nose piercing ended up having my Helix pierced too! My last piercings were over 35 years ago so i was nervous mainly about the pain, Danielle was very friendly, welcoming and put me at ease straight away, she gave me great advice and the whole process was a breeze. would definitely recommend and i can't wait to go back
