Excellent! I’ve had two sessions with Natalie and felt like I was in very good hands. The initial consultation made me feel relaxed as she explained everything in great detail before any treatment. Natalie is an expert in her field and when it came to the first full treatment, the two things that made it both a pleasurable and rewarding experience, was her gentle approach and honesty about the procedure and outcome. Excellent experience with Rowena for tear trough filler. As a practitioner myself, it’s hard to find someone you fully trust, especially as I’d had a poor result in another clinic several years ago. But Rowena’s gentle technique and conservative approach put me at ease. Consultation was very thorough, everything was explained clearly, and she was incredibly reassuring throughout. The treatment was comfortable, results are natural, and a top-up is included if needed. Highly recommend, thank you Rowena!

I have been going to Natalie every month for nearly 4 years, for my waxing, pedicures and IPL treatments. I cannot fault her, she is incredible at what she does, vey professional and knowledgeable, and is extremely reliable. She takes what she does very seriously, yet has an amazing balance of being relaxed, friendly, hilarious, real and professional all in one, a real natural. I am so grateful to have found her.
