Hiya, I just want to message to let you know that the Japanese head spa & facial I got today was absolutely amazing. 5 ⭐ treatment. Highly recommend. I loved every minute of this wonderful experience with the lovely Lisa at The Skin Room. From the lovely, personal warm welcome on arrival to the AMAZING facial which included chest, neck and shoulder massage. I felt relaxed from the start, but the treatment was fabulous. The weighted blankets were perfect. I honestly enjoyed every single moment and I felt peaceful throughout. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable and professional yet so personable and lovely. Definitely 10/10 for me. I'd highly recommend a visit.

This was my first appointment with Lisa, after an indepth conversation about my current skin routine and issues I was experiencing, Lisa then gave me a few small changes in my routine that could help. Lisa then described my treatment in detail and how each stage would feel. The treatment was fantastic felt so relaxed after didn't want it to end. My skin is glowing. Will definitely be a returning customer.
