The Staff at the Cold Room are so welcoming & friendly. Iam now a member of the Cold Room and recently had my 2nd lymphatic draining session. The treatment has transformed my irritable legs and is assisting my new Well-being journey! I so wish I knew of the Cold Room sooner! As a member I am now considering other treatments to help and assist my sleep! The Cold Room is my new lifestyle! ❤️❤️❤️

Myself and my husband's first time in the cryo chamber and sauna. Got to be said from start to finish we were We'll looked after. We were talked through everything from start to finish. Made to feel so welcome by the staff. Felt so refreshed and rejuvenated after our treatment. We've already booked another session. I'd highly recommend visiting the cold room to discuss the most suitable treatment for you.

Wonderful experience with skin boosters. I felt so relaxed and taken care of, and I felt it was a very easy treatment to sit through. Pippa is such a good and accomplished practitioner, I highly recommend her. Always safety first and she takes her time to explain everything. I'll be coming back for sure! 10/10 💖

I had the recovery reset package which was the lymphatic drainage and the cyro cold room, the lymphatic drainage treatment felt great my legs felt so light afterwards. The cyro room was a lot more pleasant than I was expecting it to be, I came out of there feeling amazing. The service overall was 10/10 and I will be joining as a member.

Treated myself to a full reset today… Body Ballancer, Dermalux LED and Cryotherapy. 💙 The Body Ballancer left my legs feeling incredibly light, I actually fell asleep during my Dermalux session (it’s that relaxing!) and my skin has such a healthy glow afterwards. Then into the cryotherapy chamber for 5 minutes to finish—walking out feeling energised, refreshed and ready to take on the rest of the day. Honestly, I forget just how amazing this combination makes me feel. And yes… I know I own the place! 😂 But our 5⭐ Google reviews are from real customers, so don’t just take my word for it.

Had my final appt for my microblading today and really happy and impressed. Katie was professional throughout and made sure i had exactly what id asked for. She explained everything thoroughly and i am extremely happy with results. Deffo reccomend the salon and Katie to friends.

I have just completed my 2nd microneedling appt and I always feel super informed throughout the procedure - my expectations are honestly, clearly managed as well as any questions I have answered fully. I always feel so fresh afterwards and if my second appt is anything like my first, I will notice a big difference in a matter of days! I am so glad to have been recommended microneedling instead of botox (what I first came in for)…it honestly has achieved the results I wanted from botox without being anywhere near as invasive. Thrilled as always and already can’t wait for my third treatment 🫶
