Had a patch test for a 3 area package and was very happy. Heather explained how the laser works and also discussed how the machine is set up to work for my skin and hair etc. Clinic was very clean and welcoming. Heather answered all my questions and I can not wait to start my sessions.

I couldn’t thank Joseph and the team enough ❤️ such an excellent team! Felt so welcome and secured the moment we stepped in. It was my first time having an aesthetics treatment and really don’t know what to expect. Joseph was so honest and kind — all of them are. Answered all my questions and reassured me from start to finish. Had fun during the whole process too! I had microneedling and skin plumping. I only ly felt a vibration on my neck from microneedling and a tiny nip on skin plumping so no worries on completing the course. Kirsty was fab as always.
