I’ve not been going here that long staff are very nice and do what u ask or thy give u advice But d only thing I can say should offer or have tea or coffee especially if you’re in there for length of time I’m so glad there is a Afro hair dress I’m Maidstone Prices are reasonable

Really good experience with Yvette. She was welcoming, experienced, and clearly knows what she’s doing. The RF treatment was done carefully and professionally, and my skin calmed down very fast afterwards. Everything was explained clearly and I felt comfortable throughout. I’ll be returning for future treatments.

Another step in my skincare journey, this evening I had a chemical peel facial with a mask to complete the treatment. Laura talked me through every step of the process and explained what was happening. I have come away with glowing smooth skin! I have follow up treatment for the next few days - having beem briefed to know what to expect. Another step in my skin care and face care journey. This time an ombre lip blush. This included covering up some titanium residue from the tattooing that was done on my lips 13 years ago. Laura has done an absolutely outstanding job and talk to me through every step of the procedure as she was doing it. I was also briefed and given a full guide on how to manage the healing process in the following days after the treatment. They are healing incredibly well and I can’t wait to see the finished result. Another superb treatment by Laura. Thank you so much.

Forever my go-to place for eyebrow wax and tint, as well as eyelash lift and tint! I’m probably the worst client for these kinds of treatments—my eyes water, I struggle to relax my face—but Rosie always works her magic! The results are always perfect, and the service is just as lovely as the conversation. Highly recommend!

Rather concerned but no need to be. Sarah was lovely and kept checking I was ok. The results are fabulous. She also put a little more arch in my eyebrows. Sarah was patient and put me at ease. I'm moving in next week so can keep getting treatments! 🤣. Sarah is also aways on hand for advice and aftercare ❤️

Had my first botox treatment with Claudia today and although I have had Botox for years this was the first time with her. I was nervous to begin with but with her calm lovely nature she made me feel great like she does when she is doing my lashes ❤️

Listened closely to my worries and concerns, never had this treatment before. Was a little uncomfortable but with more numbing cream I was surprised when it was completed! End result exactly what I asked for! Was great to hear that if after two days anything I wasn't quite 100% with just could go back. I'm so pleased with the result. Thank you so much x

I had a wonderful bespoke facial with Laura. She took time to listen to my needs and also explain the options available to me….making sure I understood and was comfortable with everything. During the treatment Laura explained what she was doing and why she was doing it. Laura then gave me so much advice on aftercare to make the most of my treatment. I cannot stop looking at myself in the mirror! My skin is amazing and flawless. It’s clear and fresh and I look about 10 years younger! My make up goes on beautifully and easily. I am so grateful to have found Laura and will be booking again soon!

Omg my skin feels so soft and bright after my facial with Laura today. So relaxing that I fell asleep twice. 100% recommend Laura for any treatment that your looking for.

Amazing job. Hairdresser very attentive, I was fully satisfied with my hair care and my scalp feels newly rejuvenated after their protein treatment a hair wash and blow dry. Scalp was moistured with a very hydrating oil. I will definitely visit again.

I will only go to Sarah for my treatments as she is absolutely brilliant at what she does, Sarah delivers a quality service making you feel at total ease and very comfortable. The end results are always fantastic, that's why I would recommend her to anyone with complete confidence.
