I love a facial that genuinely feels effective and tailored to my skin’s needs – and that’s exactly what I experienced today. It’s clear that Cleo has excellent knowledge of skincare and knows how to customise treatments based on each client’s specific skin type. I really enjoyed my facial and will definitely be recommending Cleo to family and friends. The Shy Studio also has a beautiful, relaxing, and feminine atmosphere that really adds to the experience.

Blown away! The most wonderful facial! As an aesthetic nurse I have tried many facials and procedures and this facial has finally given me the glass skin glow that I was looking for. Wonderful, kind and attentive therapist who I can’t wait to see again for my next facial!!

Cleo is amazing - incredibly skilled and knowledgeable and also LOVELY. My skin was luminous, lit from within and so translucent. Best it’s ever looked after a facial. She also gave clear, simple skin advice which was so refreshing. Love her!

Hands down the best facial I have ever had. It’s what you always wish a facial to be. So many amazing techniques used, loved the brush work and sculpting facial massage in particular! She has really kick started my skin care life. The custom analysis was so interesting and the advice she gave me and products have made so much difference. Can’t wait for my next facial with this skin queen.
