I had a fantastic facial experience—my skin feels incredibly refreshed, smooth, and glowing. The treatment was relaxing from start to finish, and everything was explained clearly, which made it feel really personalised. You can tell real care and expertise went into it. i recently had a bespoke facial with Helen and couldn’t of had a better experience. She was super helpful and put me at ease with my nerves of using new products due to my sensitive skin. Since the treatment my skin has been the softest that it ever has been!!!! 100% recommend x

I had a dermaplaning treatment with Jess and was really impressed with the whole experience. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment.. My skin felt incredibly smooth and looked brighter immediately afterwards. The treatment was gentle, relaxing, and delivered great results.

I've visiting HR Skin Collective twice now for a brow tint and wax and taking advantage of her new mum facial offer. Helen is professional, friendly and fantastic at what she does. With both treatments she explained every step and gave tips and advice about my skin and what products to use beyond the appointments without trying to sell anything. The Mummy Facial offer is a brilliant deal and provides a relaxing atmosphere to take a much needed moment for yourself. My skin was glowing which gave me so much confidence especially when going makeup free!

Lauren was expert at working on the areas that were giving me the most problems. She was also able to provide self help assistance to continue after the treatment. I am booked in again and am looking forward to trying out some of the other options available from the clinic. Lauren has excellent communication skills and was extremely knowledgeable about my concerns as well as being able to provide solutions to help. 10/10

I had a great pedicure with Olivia. She was friendly, professional, and took great care throughout the treatment. My feet feel amazing, and the finish was perfect. The whole experience was relaxing, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I reallly enjoyed my pamper package at the knutsford medi and beauty spa with Chloe. Chloe was attentive to my needs and applied just the right pressure for my back massage which she checked with me to see if it was ok. Lovely relaxing facial too. Thank you.
