Came in for my first ever facial today with Bronwyn and it was great... she talked me through everything, suggested future treatments and discussed my current skin care routine. I also really appreciated that she suggested a different treatment than I'd booked, even though it was cheaper, as my skin is sensitive and going through.a break out currently. All the other staff I interacted with were really lovely too... will definitely be back!

I would highly recommend Bronwyn for the ZO facials. Very skilled and so friendly. Talked me though the products she was applying and how they may feel. My skin feels great and I’m looking forward to the results. Thanks you as always Definition for another fab treatment.

I found the hydro facial extremely good. I didn't like the suction part but it did really work well and I noticed a big difference overall just after. The lady at the clinic was really nice. I had a crease in my forehead and saggy jowels and there was a big improvement. My skin felt very soft

Attended my regular appointment with Emma today and as always I received top class treatment! She listens to exactly what I ask and enquire about and gives me the most honest and useful advice based on her fantastic clinical knowledge and experience. I always appreciate the wonderful results all staff at definition give me but I mostly appreciate the complete honesty to ensure I get the correct and best treatment for me, and they are not afraid to decline unnecessary treatments for me. I have been seeing Leanne for a couple of years now for various treatments. She is the most professional knowledgable skin specialist I’ve met after years of visiting different aesthetic consultants. I always know I’m in safe hands and that she will never overdo any procedure that I want to still have a natural look that just keeps me looking fresh and the best natural version of myself. I’ve had Botox previously with the Skin Specialist which had been amazing for me. This time around she has fixed my gummy smile with lip flip and Botox just under my nose to very slightly drop my lip. I’m over the moon with the outcome. Always feel in safe hands. Plus Leanne herself looks amazing which gives me great confidence that I’m always going to walk away looking natural and fresh. I highly recommend Leanne for any treatments

Such a lovely experience! I went for my first microneedling session and was so well taken care of. She explained the steps to me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole treatment. Will definitely come back for more treatments!

Oran is extremely experienced and highly skilled in his work - easy to talk to - listens and gives his professional opinion. Oran believes in a ‘less is more’ approach, of which, I wholeheartedly agree with. Oran’s work space is clean, well maintained and organised. As a regular user of Botox I have always felt the needles go into my skin, but not during my treatment with Oran. I didn’t feel even a slight scratch! Sign of a good aesthetic practitioner. Oran offers an easy online booking and payments system which is great when juggling a busy schedule. Something I really appreciate.
