Great experience, at The Olive Clinic today. Debbie put me at ease straight away with her friendly and professional manner. This was my first time at this lovely clinic, and it definitely won't be my last. The decor was calming and inviting which gave a nice feel to the place, rather than being too clinical. Debbie explained my treatment to me thoroughly, and what sort of results I could expect . I opted for fillers, and I am absolutely delighted with the results. it exceeded my expectations.

Tonight I went for fillers, which was my first experience, Debbie was so lovely and explained everything as she went along. The environment is absolutely delightful and very elegant. Was made to feel at ease and already wanting to book another treatment!! 🤩

Debbie was brilliant, I was so nervous and terrified of needles but she talked me through everything and it wasn’t as bad as I had imagined, I’m definitely going back and have already spoken to her about it.

I’ve been with her for a few months now, and she is such a lovely, friendly, and beautiful person! I’ve been going to nail salons for many years, but I’ve never felt as welcome as I do with her. I’m deaf and sometimes find communication difficult, but she always puts Netflix on for me while she does my nails and always offers me a drink. It feels so luxurious to have my nails pampered! She is amazing, and I’m so glad I found her. ❤️

Kasia is friendly and professional, my nails last for weeks! The care and attention really makes the whole appointment feel more personal. I would highly recommend Kasia for nails. No design is an issue and Kasia is willing to try anything!!

The salon was beautiful. Debbie was absolutely charming and really took time to chat to me about my desired result for lip fillers. She put me at ease and took special care to make my first experience of this procedure as relaxing as possible. She was so determined to ensure the finished result was exactly what I wanted. I am absolutely thrilled with my newly enhanced lips, my mum said they make me look 20 years younger. I definitely going back and am now contemplating having Botox there. Debbie even texted me the day after to make sure all was good and I was happy. Superb, caring service !!!
